I named my practice Natural Harmony as a reminder of our body's natural healing abilities and innate intelligence to bring us back to harmony and health. Bodywork is another tool at our disposal to help our wellness and in some cases can be what the body needs to return to a healthy state. I encourage my clients to also exercise, stay hydrated, eat healthy and take time to de-stress.
As a client you can expect:
A variety of modalities to choose from.
Affordable rates and incentives.
Personalized sessions to better serve your needs and goals.
Professional and Therapeutic environment where you feel understood.
Open communication and a therapeutic partnership.
Why I do what I do
For many years I was seeking a way to express my desire to help people and in 2006 I finally found it in massage therapy. It was the beginning of great journey that was challenging but very rewarding at the same time. I discovered I had great manual skills, a therapeutic touch and deep caring for those who I could touch.
I truly enjoy learning about our body and the many bodywork modalities in the world. After graduating in 2009, I added Thai massage with its eastern approach to my skills and then in 2010 I discover Bowenwork which is another simple but amazing approach to address all kinds of health issues. My desire is stay passionate about bodywork and helping people feel better and pain free.
